Once you choose your tour and tour start date, email us with the following personal information:
Name, Nationality, Passport Number, Age, (please scan your passport and send it to us).
Let us know if you are a vegetarian or have any special dietary requirements.
Book your tour with 50% of the total tour cost, or we also accept a deposit of 20% of the total tour cost to avoid high bank interest fees.
When making payments or deposits online, it is automatically confirmed that you have accepted the terms and conditions related to your booked tour.

Make your reservation deposit or final payment through Western Union, and once you complete your transaction, email us your deposit code.

Deposit directly with VISA and include 8% of the total amount sent. This extra money is the bank’s commission. Once you receive your online payment confirmation, please email us your reservation code.
Make your deposit with PAYPAL and include 6% of the total amount sent. Once you receive your PAYPAL payment confirmation, please email us your deposit code.
This is another way to send money with lower fees, working similarly to Western Union.
If you are a student, remember to bring your updated International Student ID card (ISIC) to present at the verification point to validate your student status. This is only accepted on tours to Machu Picchu and Cusco. Entrance to the Natural Parks of the Amazon does not have this consideration.
